Travelling from UK to India
Antigen Tests (also known as Lateral Flow Tests) are not currently accepted for entry in India. At the moment, only PCR Tests are accepted.

All travellers should:
(i) submit a self-declaration form on the online “Air Suvidha” portal before the scheduled travel
(ii) upload a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR report. This test should have been conducted within 72 hrs prior to undertaking the journey.

Can I travel to the UK from India with a Covaxin Vaccination?

Yes, from 4 am on Monday 22 November, Sinovac, Sinopharm Beijing and Covaxin were added to the existing list of approved vaccine for inbound UK travel, making travel easier for fully vaccinated passengers from countries such as India, Hong Kong and China.

Entering the UK from India
Fully vaccinated passengers entering the UK can now use a Day 2 Lateral Flow Test instead of a PCR.
